Want a meal packed with flavor and nutrition? Are you tired of eating eggs and fruit for breakfast? If so, try a delicious paleo casserole recipe! This tasty, filling meal layers chicken with vegetables and spices. The flavor is incredible!
I’ve tried this recipe a few weeks ago for my friends who were coming over. They simply loved it! What’s funny is that they haven’t even realized it’s paleo friendly. This flavorful breakfast casserole will satisfy your appetite for many hours. It’s so delicious that you’ll be coming back for more. Since it has no dairy or gluten, it’s a great choice for those with food allergies.
This comforting breakfast meal can be cooked in large batches so you can enjoy it all week. My kids ate it cold one day and they were very pleased. Chicken, its main ingredient, is loaded with protein and low in calories. It’s the perfect food for active people looking to slim down, build muscle, or stay fit. You can also add some crispy bacon for extra flavor.
My paleo breakfast casserole also contains lots of vegetables. Tomatoes are rich in lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that fights inflammation and delays aging. Avocado boasts essential fats that support cardiovascular health and have anti-inflammatory effects. Eggs are packed with protein and amino acids. I also add broccoli and bell peppers, which provide dietary fiber. This nutrient aids in digestion and regulates blood sugar levels. Garlic and onion strengthen your immune system, reduce inflammation, and kill bacteria.
