- 1 lbs prawn
- 2 medium courgettes, sliced into thin strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp basil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook for about three minutes.
- Add the prawns, lemon juice, and zucchini
- Cook until the prawns becomes soft
- Season with basil, salt, and pepper
- Remove from heat and serve immediately
- Garnish with fresh parsley or chives
