Welcome to my Paleo coffee and coconut protein shake.
When you go on Paleo you end up losing out on a lot of the usual comfort foods that you have become so used to and really, really miss. Coffee is the drink of so many people around the world and the thought of giving it up, especially if they normally have a lot of sugar and milk in it is going to be considerably hard work.
But what if we could create one for you that was healthier? And that stuck by the Paleo rules? Well this is exactly what we have achieved here for you.
A healthy coffee with lots of nutrients in it so that you can actually get a health kick out of your coffee rather than it leaving you spaced out!
- 2oz Regular Coffee
- ½ Banana
- ½ Cup Cashew Milk
- ¼ Cup Egg White Protein Powder
- ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch Ground Cinnamon
- Put all the ingredients into your blender and blend until a smooth consistency.
- Taste the smoothie and add more honey if you are like me and have a sweet tooth, I love my coffee smoothies very sweet.
- Pour into a glass and serve.
